New Audio Message from Al-Qa'ida in the Islamic Maghreb Leader Abu Mus'ab 'Abd al-Wadoud on Liby in Support of Libya's Rebels

The Al-Andalus Media Foundation, the media outlet of Al-Qa'ida in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), released a new audio message from its leader Abu Mus'ab 'Abd al-Wadoud (Wadud) yesterday entitled, "Support for the Free...The Descendants of 'Umar al-Mukhtar." Al-Wadoud, who is also known as 'Abd al-Malik Droukdal, joins Libyan autocrat Mu'ammar al-Qadhafi and the anti-government rebels in invoking the memory of the popular resistance leader who fought Italian Fascist colonialism for a decade until his execution in September 1931.
