Sirajuddin Haqqani, one of the sons of the Afghan insurgent-jihadi leader Jalaluddin Haqqani (center) and a deputy commander in the Haqqani network, recently answered questions via jihadi-takfiri web forums. The Haqqani network is one of the deadliest in the country and Jalaluddin has maintained ties to Arab and other foreign fighters since the days of the 1980s anti-Soviet jihad, when he was a key United States ally.
The interview was quickly translated into English and Urdu from the original Arabic, suggesting that the dissemination of it to larger potential pools of jihadis is a priority.
The Urdu-language translation's cover features an image from a video produced by the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI). I wrote a previous post about this ISI media production office.
An Urdu-language translation of the selected questions from readers and his answers is embedded below. The original Arabic transcript can be viewed, via a previous post, HERE. An English-translation can be viewed, via a previous post, HERE.
